These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Living the Business (the “Service”), operated at livingthebusiness.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Living the Business provides training, coaching, resources, and community for real estate professionals. The Service includes on-demand courses, live and recorded coaching, downloadable materials, seminars, and related programs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Memberships, packages, and billing

• Memberships are offered as recurring subscriptions. Packages are one-time purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Access tiers

Different memberships and packages unlock different content and features. Access is tied to your active membership or purchase. If your membership ends, access to tier-restricted content may end as well, except where a one-time package grants ongoing access to its specific materials.

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own professional development. You agree not to:

• Share your account or redistribute, resell, or publicly post our content;
• Download, copy, or scrape content except where a resource is expressly provided for download;
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Service, including videos, documents, templates, and course materials, is owned by Living the Business or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Templates and resources marked for your use may be used in your own real estate business, but may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product.

7. No guarantees of results

The Service offers education and coaching. It does not guarantee any specific business, income, or sales result. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort, market conditions, and circumstances. Nothing here is legal, financial, or brokerage advice.

8. Coaching and live sessions

Live sessions may be recorded and made available to members. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Session schedules may change, and availability can vary by membership tier.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Refund eligibility, if any, is described at checkout. One-time packages may be non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living the Business is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
